My experience specifically with Colton, in service was stellar. My newish Volvo had a strange sound, that made me nervous, he got me in, knowing I had a driving trip planned and the wonderful service folks diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly with good commutation and expertise.

Had a crazy situation with my Murano that apparently only a Nissan dealer could fix. Had it towed from Redmond to Corvallis (no dealer in Bend anymore) & Had to coordinate over the phone with Kiefer, but they were very communicative and got it fixed.

Chris and Adam made the experience delightful. The whole chore of finding a car can be a painstaking journey, but they found a car that suited my needs. I will be returning to get my next car from them.

These guys were fast and communication was 100% great and you don't find that everywhere got my car in and had it ready 4 plus hours than expected! Will do all my service with this establishment for now on. Highly recommended

We kind of expected the typical car purchase experience and it was very different. Excellent and surprisingly wonderful. Britni wasn’t pushy and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We met Ken and Stephanie who also excelled at customer service. The wait time to process the sale took over two hours which seems unusually long, but we would buy here again in a heartbeat!

Kiefer Nissan is a hidden gem. A1 Customer Service and Staffs. I went in to test the waters on trading in my vehicle believing that I was not going to leave in a new car. After working with staff members on what I wanted they got busy right away, and after a few hours they were able to secure a deal with my trade in. After a few days later I returned to drop off my spare key for the vehicle I traded in, and to my surprise I was back in the office signing papers again because they got me a better and sweeter deal with lower payments and Interest Rate! Highly recommend this Dealership!!!

Salespeople were friendly and helpful, upfront about the condition of the vehicle that we got, accommodating of our budget constraints, and very informative in outlining the finance process.

Check in for my appointment was very easy and quick. Wait time after check in time was about an 1.5 hrs. It was a good first experience

My wife and I were SO very impressed with the service we received from Keifer Nissan of Corvallis, Oregon. I was communicating with four different dealerships, Nissan Beaverton, Nissan Gladstone, Keifer Nissan of Corvallis, and Murray Nissan in Utah (I dialed a wrong number and didn't know it until we were talking about pick up details [giggle]), and Keifer was the only dealership that gave us the monthly payment we requested, and gave us the exact vehicle requested in the requested color and with premium features; and ALL the staff was incredible and eager to serve. We're on our third Nissan and plan on going back to Keifer when it's time to trade in our 2024 Nissan Kicks SR PREMIUM in a few years. We are thrilled to be working with Ken, Stephanie and Scott and the crew.

I found Scotti to be very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He was polite and treated me with respect. While I did not purchase a Volvo that I was looking at, I was so impressed with the way I was treated.
